Terms of service

What you get when you order an invitation, what we need from you to build it, and what happens if something goes wrong. Written to be read rather than to be impressive.

Elzoka is the trading name of the business described in this document. Its registered business details are not yet finalised and will be published here before any paid order is accepted.

What we provide

We build a digital wedding invitation — a web page with its own address, set with your names, your dates, your venues and, where the design uses them, your photographs. You share it as a link. It is not a printed card or a file you download. If you add the PDF extra, we also send you the same design as a PDF and a high-quality picture, for you to download and print yourself; we do not print or post cards.

The invitation stays available at that link while your wedding is upcoming and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to switch it off at any time.

Ordering and payment

The price shown on each design is the price for that design. You pay for your invitation before we build it, and we then send you a private link where you fill in your wedding details.

Refunds are covered on our refund policy page. In short: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What we need from you

We can only set what you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, times and venues you provide, and for having the right to use any photographs you upload and any song you ask us to add.

We set your wording exactly as you send it. We do not change how a name is spelled, shorten a family line to fit a layout, or substitute different words — if something does not fit, we adjust the design around your text and tell you.

Approval, changes and mistakes

Nothing is shared with a single guest until you have seen the finished invitation and approved it. That step is never skipped.

If we made a mistake — a misspelled name, a wrong time — we fix it free, however many times it takes. If you change your mind about something you already told us, that is a change: every invitation includes two rounds of changes, whether you ask before or after it goes live. Extra rounds can be added, priced before any work starts.

Delivery is 24–48 hours, whichever design you choose, counted from when your details are confirmed rather than from when you first message us.

Who owns what

Your content stays yours. Your names, your wording and your photographs belong to you. We use them to build and host your invitation and for nothing else — we do not use your photographs to advertise, and we do not put a real family’s details in a public sample. Every sample on this website is invented.

The designs stay ours. The layouts, artwork, animation and code of each design belong to Elzoka. Buying an invitation buys you your invitation — it does not transfer the design, and it does not allow the design to be copied, resold or used to build invitations for other people.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise the internet. Your invitation depends on hosting, networks and your guests’ own phones, and none of those is perfectly reliable. We will fix problems on our side as quickly as we can.

What we will not do is accept responsibility for consequences beyond the invitation itself — a guest who did not read the message, or a venue that changed its own arrangements.

Using the service properly

Do not use Elzoka to send anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, or to publish another person’s details without their agreement. We can switch off an invitation that does, and we will explain why.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The specific jurisdiction will be stated here once Elzoka’s business registration is finalised, which will be before any paid order is accepted.
