Refund policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Each design has a live sample you can open before ordering: it is the real invitation, running with invented details.

Elzoka is the trading name of the business described in this document. Its registered business details are not yet finalised and will be published here before any paid order is accepted.
No refund once ordered
A wedding invitation is made for one couple and cannot be resold. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and it is not refundable.
Mistakes are corrected, free
If we spelled a name wrong, put the wrong time against an event, or got a venue wrong, that is our mistake. We fix it free, however many times it takes, and it does not use up your included changes.
Changing your mind about something you already told us is different — that is a change rather than a mistake. Your order includes a set number of changes, and we tell you the price of any extra one before doing it.
If you were charged by mistake
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged a different amount from the price shown, message us with your order number and we will put it right.
Questions
Message us on WhatsApp and say which order it is. There is no form to fill in and no ticket number — you are messaging the same number that answers everything else.
